The following rate rules apply:
- Rates shown are for double occupancy. Additional adults are $20/person/day, children age 7-17 are $10/child/day. Children 6 and under are free.
- Maximum occupancy six adults, eight total.
- A weekend stay requires two nights at the weekend rate. A weekend stay is any stay that includes a Friday or Saturday night.
- Weekend holidays require minimum three night stay at the holiday rate. Included holidays are MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July (if applicable), and Labor Day.
- Holidays include New Year's Eve/Day, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve/Day.
- A credit card is required to hold the reservation. Full amount is charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations are allowed up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made from 14 and 30 days prior to arrival result in a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival.
- Prices shown do not include 6% lodging tax.
The following rental policies apply:
- Check-in is 3:00 pm or after. Check-out is by 11:00 am. Sorry, no exceptions.
- Pets of any kind are prohibited in our cabins or on the property.
- Smoking is prohibited inside our cabins. Smoking outside in designated areas is permitted. Please dispose of all smoking items in the designated containers.
- Hunting, fishing, operation of ATVs, and the discharging of firearms are prohibited on our cabin property.
- Please do not bring firewood from outside the Hocking Hills area. Emerald Ash Borer and other pests are a threat to the rustic beauty of the Hocking Hills. We provide a small amount of firewood for our guests, and if you would like more, there is a general store a few minutes from our cabin.
- Cell phones have limited reception in the Hocking Hills. A land-line telephone is provided for your use. Excessive long-distance charges and calls to directory assistance (411) will be billed to the credit card on file.
