Avalon Villa is a quaint bungalow on the shores of the best fishing lake in Ohio. Lake Logan State Park. Fish right off the dock. Rent or bring your own boat, but enjoy access to FREE Kayaks, Canoes & Mountain Bikes. The Swimming Area is located across the water at the public beach. We have 7-acres on the Lake with shore line and greenspace for yard games and short walks.
The Great Room with Gas Fireplace opens up to the dining room and fully appointed kitchen with a dishwasher and 2 refrigerators. Challenge one another to friendly games of Billiards or Air Hockey; there's no shortage of entertainment here. Avalon Villa is in a residential area on Lake Logan. Private. Not secluded.
Three levels offer ample privacy and allow for groups to engage in multiple activities and makes for an inviting space to return to after a full day of adventure. It has 4 Bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Avalon Villa accommodates up to 10 guests in beds - Max 6 Adults plus 4 children. Large Covered Deck is a favorite to enjoy outdoor meals and relaxing with a view. The cabin is equipped with a large Gas Grill. The HOT TUB is located right outside the game room on the lower level.

Pricing Explained: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests if at least 4 are children under 12. The base rate for Avalon Villa is for 2 guests. Additional adults and children are $33/person/night. All rates are based on 2 guests. Charging for the size of the group makes it fair and affordable for smaller groups. Children 6 months and under do not need to be counted in your guest count. For example: If the base nightly rate is $299 it includes 2 guests. If you have 5 guests, the rate is $299 for the first 2 and an additional $99 for the 3 guests for a total nightly rate of $399.
