Pricing Explained: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests if at least 4 are children under 12. The base rate for Bella Casa is for 2 guests. Additional adults and children are $33/person/night. All rates are based on 2 guests. Charging for the size of the group makes it fair and affordable for smaller groups. Children 6 months and under do not need to be counted in your guest count. For example: If the base nightly rate is $299 it includes 2 guests. If you have 5 guests, the rate is $299 for the first 2 and an additional $99 for the 3 guests for a total nightly rate of $399.
