Most weekends will require a minimum of 3 nights
Holiday Weekends will require 3-7 nights * Base Rates include a set number of Guests. Additional guests are charged per person, per night with a minimum of 2-5 nights and is added to the base rates. (For example: if the dates of your reservation require a minimum of 2, 3, 4, or 5 nights, then that applies to all additional guests.) Summit & Big Pine includes 4 guests ($50 per person-per night over count of 4) Frontier, Avalón Villa & Bélla Casa includes 2 guests ($33 per person-per night over count of 2) Lake Logan Loft includes 2 guests ($50 per person-per night over count of 2) Château Lake Logan includes 2 guests ($50 per person-per night over count of 2) (Minimum charge for all guests is 2-3 nights) Absolutely no unreported/unpaid day visitors All children count except "babe in arms" One night stays will be accepted when only one night is available between existing booking Check-in 4 PM Check-out 11 AM At this time early check ins and late check outs are not being considered to give our staff ample time to clean and prepare.
